consulting services to the international audit community. Mr. Smith is the original
developer of the Canaudit Penetration Testing methodology and the integrated audit
concept, which are now recognized as the industry standards for technical security
auditing worldwide. Mr. Smith's contribution to the audit industry is well known
and respected. Listed in the WHO'S WHO OF LEADING AMERICAN EXECUTIVES, Mr. Smith
won the 2002 Wasserman Award, and now has two popular books to his credit: "Network
Auditing: A Control Assessment Approach" and "Control and Security of E-commerce"
(John Wiley and Sons).
From his roots in the banking industry, Mr. Smith led Canaudit to expand its
expertise to several other industries by attracting some of the top audit consultants into its ranks. All our professionals
specialize in high-tech audits and are renowned experts in auditing complex
networks, operating systems, databases and forensics.
