Payment & Cancellation Policies

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

Registrations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the session by paying a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days will not be refunded; however, substitutions will be accepted. Canaudit, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any seminar 7 days prior to the event. Please note that Canaudit, Inc. is not responsible for airline cancellation fees.

The performance of this Seminar is subject to acts of nature, war, terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes, curtailment of transportation facilities, civil disorder or emergency, or any other interim events rendering performance impossible by either party. Furthermore, Canaudit consultants/instructors will adhere to all travel advisory bulletins issued by the US State Department. It is provided that this Seminar may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice of one party to the other in a timely manner.

Advanced Registration Required:

Participant manuals, including appropriate session handouts, will be prepared prior to the conference. Advance registration enables us to properly plan participant sessions and handouts. It also ensures the hotel will prepare sufficient seating, meals and refreshments.

To register for a course session, please view our website at www.canaudit.com. Upon receipt of your payment and completed registration form, you will be sent a confirmation packet. You must preregister and prepay to attend the conference.

Payment Policy

Canaudit is pleased to accept payment via check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please remit payment to our corporate office at Canaudit Inc. 1376 Erringer Rd, Simi Valley, CA. 93065

We request that all international clients remit payments by wire transfer.Wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the client. Please contact our office for transfer information.

CPE Credits:

Canaudit, Inc. will provide a CPE Certificate to all participants of our sessions for use in registering CPE Credits. Certificates of Completion will be given to all parties that follow the required procedures. Canaudit, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (Reg. #103331).
